If You Know Where You Want To Be, Pick The Right Map!

I've observed so much about people expecting another to feel the same passion for their dreams as they do. Some even allowing the other person's indifference toward their dream to affect their focus, and/or allowing another to determine their destination by giving one the rights to read THEIR map. Or, even more profound is expecting others to dream their dreams for them, if it is YOUR dream, only YOU can dream it! Unless of course, you don't mind forfeiting whether or not your dream is ever realized.

Another thing to consider is that it seems to become quite easy for a person to become distracted or discouraged from following their own dreams just by allowing another to tell you what you should or should not be doing.

Does a discouraging word cause you to oscillate when it comes to your own dream? Do you think that others can read your map better than you when you know your own destination? How can you achieve your dream? Can you rekindle a dream?

A lot of these answers are determined by how one reads their map. It is very possible to have a difficult journey on your way to your destination, but never stop listening to where your inner passion is driving you.

Always remember that somewhere along the way dreams will be challenged, this can be done even by well meaning people. Dreams can also have setbacks, look my situation, my book, I Guess My Mom Is Pretty Special was just released, however, it was copy-written in the year 2000. I've had several setbacks and so will you. Where would my book be had I given up on my dream, nowhere, there would be no book! One must get accustomed to the fact that it takes a lot of commitment, time and energy to fulfill big dreams.

Remember, if there are rocks along the way or road blocks, don't stay stagnate and stay forget it, you'll end up nowhere. Simply go around the rock or back up and just find a different path. But whatever you do, read the map correctly so that you won't want to quit!

Figure out where you want to be, otherwise you might pick a map directing you to Canada when you needed a map to get you to Vermont.
